The project
F&A Asset Management specialises exclusively in commercial real estate, founded in 2016 by Maxime Forgeot. AMF-approved since 2024, F&A positions itself as the reference in asset management for commercial assets in France, with boutique format and sharp expertise in value creation.
Xavier Kain designed the institutional website to allow F&A to present its offering to demanding professional investors.
Challenges & objectives
The first challenge was creating a site meeting financial industry standards for image and regulatory compliance. AMF approval mentions, investment risk disclosures and professional client restrictions needed clear integration. Presenting performance data required careful treatment respecting regulatory constraints.
