FrenchRDV — SaaS Online Appointment Booking Platform

The project

FrenchRDV is an online appointment booking SaaS platform for independent professionals and SMEs, allowing clients to book appointments 24/7 in a few clicks without calling or waiting for manual confirmation.

Xavier Kain developed this SaaS platform from scratch, designing the technical architecture, user interface and business features — simple enough for rapid adoption by non-technical professionals.

Challenges & objectives

The main technical challenge was developing a robust availability management system handling variable time slots and complex business rules, plus Google/Outlook calendar synchronisation. Subscription-based monetisation required plan management, free trials and recurring billing.
